FortuneCooking Food Truck

RTDL is bringing the food trucks to you! Join us each month for a new food truck and some delicious food.  Fortune Cooking Food Truck will be parked in the library's parking lot from 12-3 pm on Friday, April 9th. Fortune Cooking Food Truck is an award-winning truck that specializes in Asian Fusion cuisine with a flair from southeast Asia and other cultures. Owner and Executive Chef Tom Lin, is a restaurateur, culinary instructor, and Television Celebrity Chef. Inspired by his appearance on this season’s The Great Food Truck Race (on the Food Network), Tom purchased a food truck and expanded on his Fortunecooking Brand.  Everyone is welcome! *We have asked the food truck to come prepared and allow time for setup. This will help with wait times and long lines. Official serving time starts at 12:00 pm.
