Building Autism Awareness: What is Autism & Ways to Engage Individuals on the Autism Spectrum
Thursday, 12/09, 6-7pm, Auditorium: Join OUCARES experts to learn more about autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and evidence-based strategies to better engage with your loved ones on the autism spectrum. You will leave this presentation with tools such as templates of visuals, customizable social stories, and picture cards. This presentation is developed to meet the needs of parents and caregivers who support individuals on the autism spectrum of all ages. Presenters:  Kristin Rohrbeck & Amy Maruca, Joanne & Ted Lindsay Foundation Autism Outreach Services (OUCARES) at Oakland University Refreshments will be provided. Registration is required!
