Cookbook Club

You’re invited to attend White Lake Community Library’s cookbook club on on the 2nd Monday of each month, 5:30-7pm. This is a book club for readers who enjoy spending time in the kitchen. 

For this meeting, choose a recipe within the monthly theme to prepare and share. Each month's theme can be found on the library's website. Please bring a copy of the recipe including a list of ingredients (including any substitutions).  At the meeting, participants will discuss the cookbooks, dishes, cooking techniques, and sample each other’s dishes. You may also want to bring a dish with lid for leftover samples.

Please bring your own table service, if possible. Also, if your dish requires any special serving tools or equipment, please provide them. We cannot warm up foods in the library, so bring your dish ready to serve. 

Food served at this program will be prepared in home kitchens. Participation in programs involving food is at your own risk; White Lake Community Library cannot guarantee that food served at this program has not come into contact with tree nuts, soy, or any other allergens. Accordingly, the library will not be liable for such harm to any individual resulting from such allergens.
