Mindful Art Adventures (M)

Manistee County Library is proud to present Mindful Art Adventures with Northwest Michigan Health Services Incorporated.

This program, for all ages, will provide an engaging space for art paired with a book reading. The goals of the program is to learn more about coping skills, emotional regulation, and body awareness, without getting into deep conversations. It will be a wonderful time!
