The Senior Alliance will present information about a new program in Michigan that will be kicking off this June!

• Designed to assist older adults and individuals with disabilities and their caregivers in long-term care supports and services.
• Person-centered Individual counseling sessions help you review and evaluate your options and access services and resources customized for your specific needs.
• Develop an action plan and continue to work with your Options Counselor to achieve your goals
