Stress affects the body physically, mentally and emotionally. Begin this year with new tools to include in your daily life. Stephanie Lynn Hall, a certified ©HeartMath practitioner, will introduce us to basic techniques to reduce your stress and anxiety, develop self-regulation skills and build mental and emotional resilience. This is not a therapeutic session and is intended for educational and information purposes only. 

About the program
Join us and experience 2 simple, heart-focused practices, that will help you consciously, in the moment, shift your heart rhythms to a coherent state. Using these HeartMath techniques will transform your emotional state and improve your overall mental and physical well-being.  
You will learn the Heart-Focused Breathing Technique and the Quick Coherence Technique.
