The Fifth Element (PG-13) is a 1997 French-American science-fiction film directed by Luc Besson, starring Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich. Set in a futuristic 23rd century, the story follows taxi driver Korben Dallas (Willis), who becomes involved in a mission to save Earth from a cosmic evil by uniting four classical elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — with the mysterious Fifth Element embodied by a young woman named Leeloo (Jovovich), who may be the only weapon capable of stopping the impending destruction.
