Ring in New Year's Eve at Riley Park Ice Rink with a Magical Skate - Wizards vs. Superheroes. Which cape will you wear? The skate, 7:30 - 9:30 p.m., features a ball drop for young wizards and heroes at 9 p.m. and more. At midnight, we will celebrate with a second ball drop over the rink.
