American Folk: Old Time in the Current Times

Join musician Caleb Hofheinz for an engaging introduction to American old-time music. Through live demonstrations on fiddle, clawhammer banjo, mandolin, and guitar, explore the music’s history, instruments, rhythms, and traditions. Participants will have the opportunity to see instruments up close, ask questions, and discover how old-time music continues to thrive in communities today. No musical experience required!
