Areas of Focus

Monday, April 22nd (EARTH DAY): Downtown Pontiac and Major Roadways

Saturday, May 18th: Neighborhood & Mini Parks

Saturday, June 8th: Community Parks

Saturday, July 13th: Community Parks / End of Clean-up Celebration

Additional Information

On the 4 “planned” days, we will begin by meeting at City Hall at a set time. We will pass out tools and give instructions on the days objectives and then head out to complete the work. At the end of each day, everyone will return to city hall to return all equipment and to “clock out” so we can keep track of which groups are done working.

Volunteers and volunteer groups may participate in clean-up efforts on weekdays between April 22 – July 13.  These groups will need to contact Alex Zegarzewski at the City of Pontiac Parks & Recreation Office to schedule a date and discuss details of the desired project
