Author Gary D. Schmidt (Ramsdell)

The Manistee County Library is excited to announce an evening with author Gary D. Schmidt.

Gary D. Schmidt is an American children's writer of nonfiction books and young adult novels, including two Newbery Honor books.

Schmidt's book, "Okay for Now" was a National Book Award Finalist and is the Manistee County Reads selection for 2025. 

Join us at Ramsdell's Hardy Hall for an author reading and Q&A. 

This event is intended for teens and adults. Registration is required.
