The Community House (TCH) in Birmingham will host its annual Birmingham House Tour, presented by Hall & Hunter Realtors from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday,
September 22. Proceeds from the event will support TCH children’s programs and services.
This year’s tour features seven spectacular private residential homes, showcasing a diversity of extraordinary architecture and interior design. The houses range in character from a sophisticated Parisian-style home, which is accented by exquisite designer details and artwork, to a contemporary spin on an arts and crafts revival home, which also includes a simulated indoor golf course and home theatre.
"We are honored to be the presenting sponsor of The Community House’s Birmingham House Tour again for the 13th year running. As a local family owned real estate firm, we feel it is very important to support the community in which we reside. We look forward to not only sponsoring the event, but volunteering at the event as well," said Brad Wolf, President, Hall & Hunter Realtors.
Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 the day of the tour. A light luncheon buffet, prepared by the fine TCH culinary team will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Community House. The cost to attend both the tour and luncheon is $55 in advance; $60 day of the tour. Advance reservations are recommended; tickets are limited and the event does sell out.
Co-chairs for the event are Rose and Brian Bolyard. Sponsors for the event include Hall & Hunter Realtors, Gorman’s, Ethan Allen, Bolyard Lumber, Herald Wholesale, Light Garden Photography and Detroit Home magazine.
