Roberta Shea, a long-time resident of Newtown, CT will share her acclaimed technique for abstracting a representational image. She will guide us in discovering the elements in a landscape that can be translated into dynamic abstract shapes and vibrant colors. Her work exhibits a dramatic physicality of paint and gestural brushstrokes that have emotional impact.
