Discover the essentials of hot water bath canning with Programming Librarian Alyssa Angel on Thursday, September 4 at 6 p.m. in the Library's Jones Meeting Center. You will learn about preserving fruits, vegetables, and meats, canning safety, and different forms of canning. Plus, you’ll get to take home a jar of homemade jam!
