Care Partners Passage Through Dementia

Saturday, 09/27, 10:30am-5:30pm, Auditorium: Care Partners Passage Through Dementia is a one-day workshop that explores positive approaches to dementia care giving. Care Partners teaches caregivers to respond to their loved one’s unmet needs for independence, love, touch, connection, and communication. This culturally-sensitive program is open to all but focuses on the unique experience and needs of African-American caregivers.
