Catalog Outage - Library Card required for checkout

Library catalog and patron accounts be offline for 2-3 days while the library moves to new software systems.

• Physical library cards must be presented to borrow items during this multi-day outage.
  • Virtual cards, photos, and memorized card numbers cannot be accepted.
• Libby, Hoopla, and Kanopy will not allow checkouts. (You should retain access to titles downloaded before the outage.)

Be aware these upgrades will reset some patron data.

• Saved "Reading Histories" will be cleared.
  • Those who track Reading History and want to keep a list of past checkouts must contact the library by Fri. Sept. 11 to request their list.
• PINs will be reset to last 4 digits of primary phone.
• Custom usernames may be reset to your library card number.

After upgrades are complete, please log into your account (reset your PIN if needed) to check your contact settings and reset usernames and PINs/passwords. Watch for details on the library website, in library emails, and inside the library. Please contact us with any questions.
