Chair Yoga is back with Joelle !
This class will run every Wednesday until October 11th for six weeks. (Make sure you register for the Wednesday you're interested in.)
*There will be a fee of $10.00 payed to the instructor for these classes in Fall.
Yoga helps to promote strength, balance, and flexibility along with a sense of mental clarity and
focus. Learn how Yoga postures and breathing techniques can have an effect on the nervous
system in a way that’s either energizing, calming, or balancing.
This class is for any experience level and uses a chair for seated postures.
Part of the class can be done either seated or standing depending on the practitioner’s needs. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
