NOTE: There are two times to choose from for the April/May session: 1pm or 2pm.
Chair yoga is a gentle practice where we will perform full body stretches as well as yoga postures and flows. We will be both seated and then also do some standing work with the aid of a chair. This class will help improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
Wear comfortable clothing. You will have an option to take off your shoes or even go barefoot. A yoga mat is not needed for this practice. Feel free to bring a water bottle as well.
This session will run the first four weeks of April and the second and third weeks of May.
