Join Laura from Joyful Wellbeing, Judy from Healing and Renewal, and a group of reiki volunteers for a 20 minute reiki session. Relaxation is an essential ingredient for supporting health and wellbeing and reiki mediation is a lovely way to relax and reset. 3 sessions will take place simultaneously.
