Cookbook Club: Ruffage: A Practical Guide to Vegetables

New to Fraser Public Library this year is our Cookbook Club. This book club will only happen every three months to give participants plenty of time with the cookbook we are talking about. To participate reserve a copy of the cookbook, or come to our Reference desk to take a look at our copy, and choose a recipe to make for everyone at the meetup. Email your desired recipe to Kristen at getzink@libcoop.net, so that we have a list of all participants and the food they will be bringing. Show up to the Cookbook Club meetup with your prepared recipe (and a written card with all of the ingredients that you used) for everyone to try, and we'll all share our thoughts on the book and the recipes.

For our second meeting we will be discussing and sharing recipes from "Ruffage: A Practical Guide to Vegetables" by Abra Berens
