Creativity Lab: Quilting in Appalachia

School age kids are invited to the Jones Meeting Room on Thursday, June 22 at either 1 p.m. or 5 p.m. for a Zoom session with author Shannon Hitchcock. She'll talk about her children's book, Story Quilts: Appalachian Women Speak. Afterward, fiber artist Kristy Moeller Ottinger will give a quilting demonstration, and kids will create paper quilt squares of their own!

This program will have two times, 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. No registration is required for this free event. Space is limited; first come, first served.
