Crochet Kit Pickup

In an effort to continue offering library programming services while also maintaining safety standards that comply with MDHHS & MIOSHA regulations, the Lenox Township Library will offer Crochet Kits for pickup during the month of February. Kits may include a crochet pattern, instructions and information to follow the pattern, and yarn*. KIT DOES NOT CONTAIN CROCHET HOOK. The pattern may require an intermediate knowledge of crochet. Filling out this registration form is required to receive a kit. These kits are designated for individuals who are over the age of 21. Kits will be limited to one per person. This registration form will be close once we have reached maximum capacity for the program or by March 4th, 2021, whichever occurs first. Pickup will be available March 10-March 16. You will be contacted to pick up your kit by the method you mark as preferred. *Please note that colors may vary due to limited supply
