Leslie Littell is the owner of Ashbridge Costume Studio and has spent 30 plus years as a maker and designer of all types of costume. Her primary love is theatrical costume design, but the same processes are applicable to Cosplay, Film and Historic Reenactment.
Most recently Leslie was the Costume Specialist at Oakland University’s School of Music, Theatre & Dance where she designed for all three areas of performance.
This presentation will walk participants through the steps used to create costume for a character using visual examples from her work. There will be time for questions. Attendees are invited to bring or wear their own costume and ask questions regarding any aspect of design, fit or construction.
