Detroit Institute of Arts Visit for Seniors

Seniors are invited to join us for a free bus trip to the Detroit Institute of Arts. The bus will depart from in front of Warren City Hall at 12:30 p.m. so please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier. 

This service is provided by the DIA free of charge as a millage benefit for tri-county (Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb) residents and includes museum admission, bus transportation, and a guided tour.  Please note, there is no outside food or beverage in the museum.  You will be able to purchase lunch or a beverage at Café DIA or Kresge Court.  Also, you will receive a coupon for a free cup of coffee or tea to be redeemed in Café DIA. 

Museum Experience schedule:

12:30 pm – Pick-up Time
1:00 pm – Estimated Arrival Time
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Highlights Tour
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Self-Guided Visit
3:00 pm - Departure

City of Warren residents will be given first priority for attending this event.
