Eat & Engage – New Beginnings with Erica Perry

As human beings, there is no way we can avoid “new beginnings” in our lives, whether they are created or thrust upon us. Come meet Erica and learn how to access our power and creativity to work with our new beginnings so that we maximize our well-being and quality of life. 
Erica Perry has a Master of Science degree in social work, has studied with Art Nierenberg of Breakthrough Disability Inc. and has led a Learning Group for over 20 years. She has also worked at the University of Michigan hospitals for over 40 years as a dialysis social worker.
