Barry County, MI Parks and Recreation invites you to Explore the Paul Henry Thornapple Trail on June 9! Lots of fun activities will be taking place both at the Nashville VFW lawn/pavilion and on the trail near the VFW to encourage health and activity.
Families will have the chance to participate in a variety of activities including the following: bicycle repair workshop, guided nature walk, lawn games, cardio drumming, storywalk, bike decorating contest, summer reading registration, helmet giveaway and more.
Snacks will be provided, including pints of milk from MOO-Ville Creamery.
This event will also serve as the formal kickoff for Putnam Library's "Libraries Rock" summer reading program. To follow the theme of "Libraries Rock" the library will be providing a live DJ, a storytime focused on music and movement, and a musical craft. Families will be able to sign up for summer reading during this time as well.
