June 15 Coach Kiwi: Join Coach Kiwi for her signature “KICKABS” class. An intense mix of cardio kickboxing and ab work in the park. No equipment needed! With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Coach Kiwi has helped hundreds of people across all ages and backgrounds transform their bodies, rebuild their confidence, and reclaim their physical power. While she welcomes clients of every age and gender, her deepest expertise lies in coaching women over 40 — guiding them through the physical and hormonal shifts that demand a smarter, more intentional approach to training.
Her philosophy goes far beyond aesthetics. She teaches women how to train with intention, preserve muscle, and build strength that supports longevity, independence, and performance at every stage of life. Her work is rooted in one core belief: muscle is life insurance.
