Fitness in the New Norm

Perhaps you want to find a way to be physically fit, but you don't want to go into a gym. Maybe you don't mind the gym, but don't want to have to wear a mask. Maybe you are just looking to improve your health and immunity through exercise and don't know where to start. In this workshop we will discuss the benefits of exercise, including the pro and cons of various options and what science tells us about how much and how often. We'll also spend some time practicing exercises that can be done at home with little or no equipment. Come to learn and get hands on experience you can take home and implement immediately.
This virtual workshop will be lead by Heather David of Shoreline Natural Wellness and Fitness (www.snwfitness.com). Heather is a behavior change specialist holding certifications as a Personal Trainer, Advanced Health Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Nutritional Consultant. She has been helping people discover their personal best health for over 20 years by helping them to create a lifestyle that works for them and a passion to live it. Her presentations are never boring. She is passionate about making the information relevant and interesting while getting her audience involved with hands-on learning experiences.
