Stop in the library after Main Street Franklin's Franklinstein Frenzy parade for trick or treating and when you are finished collecting your treats throughout the Village, come back to the library for a craft. Crafts will be available from 12 – 2 pm. Follow our reading trail on the Village Green. Read a book with your family as you head to the hill for the Pumpkin Roll.
