An Empowering Confidence-Building Program for girls 6th through 8th Grade. This is a four week session program. The fourth week parents will be invited to join for a celebration. Topics include: Friendships & Relationships, Stress Management, Peer to Peer Pressure, Self-esteem, Decision-Making Skills and Social Media.
