Get creative and design a bookmark with a Halloween, fall, or spooky theme. All submissions must be family-friendly and turned in by Saturday, October 10. Participants can pick up a copy of the blank bookmark at the West Union Library. Winner(s) will be announced on Monday, October 12! Winning bookmarks will be displayed, printed, and distributed at the library.
