Hiking Stick Nature Craft for Kids

We will begin at the Shiawassee Basin Preserve pavilion to decorate a hiking stick to take on our nature adventure. We will then take a walk down the Storybook Trail where we will read the the book, "Stanley's Stick" by John Hegley. The end of the trail will take us back to the pavilion for a snack. Please wear closed-toed shoes. Pre-registration is encouraged but will be accepted the day of the event. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
