Holiday Choral Concert

Join us Monday, Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. in the Library's Buffalo Mountain Room for a holiday choral concert featuring the East Tennessee Children's Choir and Mountain Empire Children's Choral Academy Explorers. The choirs will sing Christmas and holiday music from around the world. You can expect to hear music from Jamaica, New Zealand, Africa, France, Nicaragua, and even the North Pole!

Mountain Empire Children's Choral Academy is made up of singers in grades 1-12 in Upper East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. They have performed four times at Carnegie Hall, and have sung in Hungary, Greece, and Ireland. They are featured performers in annual holiday concerts with the Symphony of the Mountains, and also perform every year for the Biltmore Estate Candlelight Christmas Evenings.
