Hybrid: World-renowned wildlife biologist and wolf researcher Diane K. Boyd joins us for a fascinating discussion of her memoir A Woman Among Wolves. Diane, who is often referred to as the “Jane Goodall of wolves, has 40 years’ of experience on the behavior, conservation, and management of wild wolf populations and has been instrumental in the recovery of wolf populations in the western US.
Dr. Diane Boyd has four decades of applied expertise on behavior, conservation and management of wild wolf populations. Her work has focused on wolf ecology, dispersal, habitat use, prey selection, behavior, morphology, genetic relationships, and the social dimensions of wolf-human conflict resolution. She has published more than fifty articles in scientific journals, invited book chapters, and articles in popular literature.
