Back by popular demand, Zach Berg from Monger's Provisions in Berkley and Detroit will be doing a chocolate tasting with Baldwin. He will provide samples or specialty chocolates will discussing flavor profiles and regional differences that affect the taste of chocolate. Registration is required. Attend in person only.
