IVBP - International Velodrome at Bloomer Park

The International Velodrome at Bloomer Park (IVBP) is located in Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and is the only bicycle racing track of its kind in North America. The IVBP is an outdoor, 1/8 mile / 200 M oval with banking from 13 degrees to 44 degrees. There are classes or programs or racing every day during the summer season and open riding whenever the track is dry. If it’s a summer weekend in Rochester Hills, Michigan then the IVBP is the place to be to experience the fastest 2 wheeled racing in Michigan! The IVBP was paid for by private donations, built by volunteers from the cycling community, was given to the city of Rochester Hills, and is operated daily throughout the summer by a crew of dedicated volunteers. The IVBP is a 501c(3) non-profit organization with all monies administered by the Community Foundation of Greater Rochester through the Mike Walden Velodrome Fund. IVBP operational costs are covered by private tax-deductible donations, track & bike use fees, ticket sales to races, and sales of IVBP logo items.
