Jerry and Susie Apps Book Talk and Signing!

 We are very excited to welcome Susie Apps and her father, Jerry Apps to the Library Community Center in Wild Rose for a book talk and signing of their newest book "Timber: A northwoods story of lumberjacks, logging, and the land."  The book takes us a trip down memory lane  - from the days when great pine forests covered most of Wisconsin and wildlife was plentiful to the times when lumberjacks and lumber companies denuded the state then to those efforts of today to restore forests and natural plantings.
