Library Board of Trustees Meeting

The Board of Trustees for the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County will meet for its monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. at the Main Library located at 407 South Fourth Street in downtown Steubenville.

If you would like to address board members during the public comment period, visit or call 740.282.9782 the Main Library to sign up by noon on Monday, the day before the board meeting.

Each library board meeting includes a public comment session lasting up to 30 minutes. Individual speakers are allotted up to 3 minutes to address the board. Public comments will be heard following the board’s discussion of regular business items.

To ensure fair participation, individuals may not speak during two consecutive monthly meetings. For example, someone who speaks at the December meeting must wait until February to address the board again.
