"Little Hands" Kit Registration

In an effort to continue offering library programming services, the Lenox Township Library will compile age-appropriate craft supply kits for pickup during the month of June. "Little Hands" kits are designed for children ages 5 and under. If your child is over the ages of 6-11, please check out our "Kits for Kids" registration form. If your child is over age 12, please check out our "Teen Takeaway" registration form. Filling out this registration form is required to receive a kit. Kits will be limited to one per child and each child must be registered individually. This registration form will be closed once we have reached maximum capacity for the program or by the listed end date, whichever occurs first. You will be contacted to pick up your kit by the method you mark as preferred.
