Arts & Culture, History
Join Tim Dye, Executive Director of the Pontiac Transportation Museum, who will discuss the history of the beloved, iconic Pontiac brand, which was created in 1926.
He'll also introduce us to some of the company's leaders, a "who's who" of Detroit automotive history, including Bloomfield residents Bunkie Knudsen and John Delorean. An avid collector of all things "Pontiac," Dye will weave facts and images into a fascinating story of the company and its leadership.
Presented by the Bloomfield Historical Society and Bloomfield Township Public Library.
