A Lunar New Year Celebration for all ages will be held Saturday, Feb. 10 from 4:30-6 p.m. Drop by the Library's Jones Meeting Center for cultural activities and crafts facilitated by the Tri-Cities Chinese Association and the Japan Outreach Initiative.
