MCD Nature Adventures: Wetlands (A)

Manistee County Library is proud to partner with the Manistee Conservation District to present three small-group "day camps" for a limited number of students at our Manistee, Arcadia and Wellston branches. We hope to grow this program to accommodate more students next year! For this reason registration is STRICTLY REQUIRED.

These programs are targeted at children entering 3rd through 5th grade, although slightly younger and older siblings are welcome (all children need to be registered).  A parent or caregiver needs to stay for the duration of the program.

Adventure through Arcadia Marsh, a unique habitat, and explore. Luckily, there is a universal access boardwalk to help us out!  Of special interest are the birds that use Arcadia Marsh for their home.  We will meet at the Arcadia Marsh at the M22 Entrance, weather permitting (light rain okay) but in the event of thunderstorms we will meet at the Arcadia Library.  Bring water, comfortable shoes for walking, and dress for all weather conditions.
