Julia Rose Pagac is a Singer-Songwriter based out of Metro-Detroit with a strong passion for expressing herself through music. Inspired by all things funky, her unique take on popular songs is surely something you have not yet heard before!

This concert will be held in the library garden, but will be moved inside to the Programming Center in the event of inclement weather.
