Oak Park is a city in Oakland County located in Southeast Michigan U.S. and is a part of Royal Oak Township. The city has over 30,000 residents and during 1950 t0 1960 it was named “America’s Fastest Growing City”. Oak Park’s motto is “The Family City”. Top destinations are The Detroit Zoo, Catalpa Oaks, and the Ford Education Center. Oak Park hosts annual events, such as their Independence Day parade, Winterfest, and Daddy Daughter Dance.
