The 2020 election gave us a glimpse into how (and if) courts get involved with results and voting power. But this was not the first time that questions involving elections came before the courts. Join attorney Kim Garrison as she takes a look at several U.S. Supreme Court Decisions, including Shelby County v. Holder (2013), Citizens United v. FEC (2010), and Bush v. Gore (2000), that have changed and shaped the current election landscape to what it is today.
