Partnership with Dinosaur Hill NP - Part of the Flight Path grant series of programs
Meet us at Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve for this evening program to learn all about owls and go on an owl walk.
We’ll explore the fascinating world of these nocturnal hunters, sharing information about the various owl species both commonly and uncommonly found in Michigan. You’ll even learn their distinctive calls so you can identify WHOOOO’s out there in the dark! Then we’ll head out on an Owl Prowl along the preserve’s trails and try to hear (and possibly see) some of these elusive birds of prey in their natural habitat. Recommended for adults, teens, and children 10 years old and up. Registration Required.
