Hosted by Lauren Postal of Better Birth Consulting. Lauren has been a birth worker for 12 years. Serving as a Certified Doula, Lactation Counselor, Birth Assistant, Childbirth Educator, and Midwifery student serving southeast Michigan. She is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation, first aid, CPR, and B.E.S.T. (Birth Emergency Skills Training) practices. She currently lives on a small farm in Oakland County Michigan. She is a nature lover and enjoys kayaking, gardening, hiking, and family bike rides. Her passion in life is to support women and families during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She believes birth is a transformative experience and a time of intense growth. Education and continuous support are the keys to achieving your ideal birthing experience. questions?
