Reading to Dogs - K-5th

Reading to Dogs promotes reading and communication skills by allowing children to read aloud to a registered therapy dog.
Participants have the opportunity to sign up for 5-10 minute reading sessions. (Depending on the number of attendees and canine companions present, sessions may be extended or repeated.)
Kids and their siblings may also do a craft while they wait!

Therapy Dogs International (TDI®) are volunteer organizations dedicated to the regulating, testing and registration of therapy dogs and their volunteer handlers.

Please Note: Library programs often fill to capacity. Kindly inform the Library at 405-354-8232 if plans change and you no longer can attend so tickets can be passed to someone on the waitlist.
