Renaissance Faire

Join us for the library’s fifth annual Renaissance Faire! All ages are invited to this free, fun community event. Enjoy a concert from Brass Knuckles, a brass quintet with percussion, as they perform Renaissance-era music. Brass Knuckles is sponsored by Beyond the Page, the Madison Area Community Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Humanities. The Bubble Lady will demonstrate fantastic bubble creations and provide bubble tables for children to explore and play. We’ll also bring back annual favorites such as the digging sand pile full of jewels and coins, the fortune telling booth, and the Royal Quest scavenger hunt. Please note: the library will be closed Sunday, October 4 so we have adequate staff to run the Faire. No registration is required, but sign up for an email or text reminder if you like.
