Rescheduled to Wed. March 8 - African American Patriot Soldiers of the American Revolution: Who They Are and How to Find Yours

Due to the weather conditions this program will be rescheduled to Wednesday, March 8 at 6:30pm in the Meeting Room.

 

Between 10,000-20,000 African American soldiers fought with George Washington in the Continental Army during the American Revolution. Come learn about these patriots, meet the Hubbard sisters of Southfield who will share the story of their African American patriot and learn ways trace your African American genealogy to see if you have a patriot relative. Presented in conjunction with the Daughters of the American Revolution. KR
